Terra Forte, 2022 Gamay fantastic thermal amplitude2022, 100% Zibibbo. Full of delicate floral aromas, apricot skin and orange. Vines grown on the mineral rich and insanely fine sandy soils terra forte soil. Very different from the Soki Soki soils of Pantelleria the terra forte brings a hearty structure to the Zibbibo bush vines. This expression is from a single vineyard and from vines planted approximately 100 years ago. The grapes see a 15 day maceration on skins, only 1000 bottles produced.
