Lumière de Silex, 2021 Non Alc Carignan and MacabeuRounded and sumptuous, but cut through by an electric vein of precise acids and minerals, this wine is loaded with tension. Old Chenin Blanc vines are planted over soils comprised of red clay limestone and silex, hand harvested, and then fermented and aged in old barrels for 26 months. The Intoxicating, developing aroma profile gives toffee apple, white almond, nectarine and raw honey. Robinot is a true magician with Chenin.
