Combining grapes from 25 year old vines Sylvaner, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewrztraminer, Auxerrois & Pinot Blanc, four days skin contact and stainless steel aging keeps things fresh, but a bounty of aromatics are offered in apple, elderberry, lily and citrus. Spicy persistence defines the enticing finish.
