The winemaking was kept as simple as possible in order to attain a pristine and pure fruit expression. This gorgeous single vineyard wine possesses a lovely bouquet of citrus blossom, mandarin peel, honey and ginger. The palate has lemon, melon, and green apple flavours, with a touch of spice, a hint of sweetness, a waxy texture, and a crisp drying finish. A
