Judge's wooden head is nicely carved and beautifully hand painted. The expression on his face with a painted reading glass is remarkable. His hands and legs are also finely crafted from wood. This puppet is a rarity made in Germany circa late 19th Century in large scale! Please note that certain areas of the painting have been retouched repainted. The same have
