ANTIQUE MEIJI ERA (c1880) JAPANESE BRONZE/SILVER & BAMBOO KISERU Smoke Pipe 7" Saw sophisticated textile designsThis is an antique Japanese kiseru () from the mid Meiji Era (c. 1880). It has a silver and wood mouth piece and bronze bowl with bamboo center. It is quite elegant and compact and still has a nice draw. The reed stalk covered in black lacquer, along with centuries old patina, this kiseru has a good draw and is still very functional. This 140 plus year old antique kiseru measures 7" (17. 5 cm) long. It has been well used, yet well loved. This kiseru
