6 Roses, 2023 BOTTLESHOP but produced in BurgenlandVibrant and perfumed ros with plenty of depth. Its produced from 50 80 year old Gamay dAuvergne from numerous parcels grown over basalt and quartz, with a portion pressed directly, whilst whole bunches were left to infuse in the fermenting juice for four days before being pressed to stainless steel vats for a year, and bottling without filtration, finding or added sulphur. Juicy red fruits and smoky minerals make for a pleasing experience.
