Rozsa, 2023 Syrah This is a wine withLike fresh summer lemonade with bursts of sour cherry, strawberry, lychee, and a touch of orange peel. Vibrant, refreshing, and dangerously drinkable. Whole bunches are gently pressed in a vertical basket press, with the juice fermented and aged on gross lees in fibreglass and stainless steel for 6 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulphites.
