A documentary on the Leyden’s was made in 2016
We’ve had works from this period before in the retrospectives held after Gordon’s death but they are a rare find and it is a pleasure to see one of this quality in the gallery again
It is a wonder to me that the artist of this highly accomplished little portrait cannot be found listed anywhere
