Le Clos de Bannon Sancerre AOC 2023 Bio Lagrein When I'm not hungryThe Clos de Bannon is a walled single vineyard in the hamlet of Bannon near Bu with a preponderance of flintstone. Product of spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts this Sancerre is aged on its lees in steel tanks. In the winter the Fouassier family keeps their sheep here. We would classify this as a Grand Cru of Sancerre.
