Cabernet, a grape variety originally from Bordeaux, has found an ideal habitat in Eastern Veneto, enhancing its structure, elegance, and ability to evolve over time. The grapes come from approximately 40 year old vineyards located in Fagar della Battaglia, on clayey soils trained using the Guyot system with a high
