Pet Nat "Blanc de Noir" Pesto On April 2nd we inviteThe grapes for our Pt Nat come from the red wine variety Pinot Noir and were pressed directly without skincontact, hence the white colour. Crisp and with a perfect sugar acid balance, they were harvested by hand in the early hours of September and processed immediately.
