The running shoes have a drop of 10mm and are therefore well suited for long walks. The outsole is made of a lighter EVA foam so your feet get good cushioning whether you walk a lot at work or run long distances. The shoes are washable . Remove the laces and insole and set the washing machine to 30 degrees with a low spin cycle.
