The Partidas family has been producing exceptional agave spirits for three generations. The agaves used are carefully selected, their hearts are chopped and ground by hand, then gently cooked and fermented with wild natural yeasts. The distillation takes place twice on traditional stills. Although Cava de Oro is appreciated by tequila
