The elegant 18k yellow gold case features a delicate bezel and faceted lugs. The dial is silver (or as Patek Philippe calls it, dargent heures relief) with simple gold stick markers and a small seconds hand at six oclock. As this watch is in as new condition (with only a few marks from years of storage), it still has its original Patek
