Mature, dense, deep nose, fruit bread and yellow dried fruit, also pickled peaches and a little passion fruit, toasted notes; wonderful tropical fruit notes, some violets. High residual sweetness, but also a crisp, gripping acidity kick, wonderfully creamy and juicy, exotic, right up to the concentrated, very long finish. Serving suggestion: goose liver terrine,
