The biodynamic grapes come from several vineyards, which are both stony and gravelly and also chalky in different sections. This gives the grapes an incredible variety of aromas and led directly to the apt name. Hand picked, four days of maceration (on the berries), pressing, fermentation in various wooden barrels (a mix of large and small). After half a year, filled and left to rest in the bottle. Bottled
