Cropped at the right level on our pristine Orange hillside, See Saw have produced a wine that is luscious, beautifully aromatic and perfect with Asian influenced food. This organic pinot gris was harvested in the cool of the night from two blocks, both at 700m one was cane pruned and one vertical shoot pruned. The grapes were de stemmed and crushed immediately before being matured on lees for 3 months. Free run
