In its hardshelled case of issue, marked "C. M. G." on the lid, maker marked "SPINK & SON, LTD. LONDON, S. W. 1." on the inside lid, recessed medal bed, semi rough texture in the covering along the front edge of the lid, light contact on the bottom,
