Rose water, dried rose petals, fresh cream, lemon and strawberry aromatics are savoury yet fresh and inviting. Lovely soft feeling on the palate, the fizz is gentle and fine. Orchard fruits of peach and nectarine with touches of sour cherry and plum. A long refreshing finish driven by bright acidity. Jeez, it's pretty delicious and quite poised.
