Constructed of an olive drab wool twill with a buckram core, the obverse bearing clutches of machine embroidered silver aluminum wire oak leaves, overlaid by central initials RFS with details highlighted in black threading, unmarked, measuring 105 mm (w) x 21 mm (h), an extremely rare insignia in near mint condition.
