Subtle on the nose with warm notes of ripe yellow stone-fruit
we have been working towards being reclassified as a Grand Cru
the lion’s share of this cuvée is drawn from a parcel of Kimmeridgian-based soil
Mount Avoca 'Moates Lane' Shiraz chardonnay The palate continues with theSourced from 30 plus year old Pyrenees Shiraz Vineyards. Fermented on skins in small open fermenters and stainless steel tanks for 8 to 10 days. MLF was encouraged on skins and completed in tank prior to aging in French and American oak barrels.
