Instituted 30 January 1934 by Duke Carl Eduard of Saxe Coburg and Gotha. (1937 1939 issue). Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Geneva Cross with white enameled arms, the obverse bearing a central German Red Cross (DRK) style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika executed in multi coloured enamels with feathering and details highlighted in
