Sourced from two estate vineyards in Wettolsheim and Wintzenheim, the grapes are hand harvested and wild fermented on fine lees in tank, with no additions other than a light sulphur dose at bottling. The wine finishes naturally dry under one gram of residual sugar, preserving its crisp structure and textural finesse. The palate reveals pear, white peach and
