the center with a black enameled rotated (mobile) swastika within a stamped gilded circular wreath impressed with oak leaves

In silver, a seven point star with clusters of five faceted rays, a crescent moon and star separating each cluster, the center medallion in Gold features the Sultan Abdul Meijids royal cypher surrounded by a Turkish inscription within burgundy enamels, each surrounded inscription on an individual Gold and red enamelled banner, the reverse marked with a Silver standard mark, suspended from a swivel
