The palate is jammed with juicy peach, pear, ripe cantaloupe and vanilla bean. The wine is especially generous across the entire palate and dances with flesh, creaminess and minerality. With wonderful poise lent from bright natural acidity the wine has an impressively long, flinty, almost caramelised finish. Enjoy now with double cream soft cheese
