Its luminous color is a deep pale yellow with lemon yellow reflections. Subtle and concentrated aromas. Lemony notes, toasted bread, acacia flowers and wallflower initially dominate, then with aeration, nuances of white peach, quince. Supple and delicate sensation with a creamy effervescence. Fruity flavors are juicy and backed by well integrated lemony acidity. A chalky sensation
