RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream longer hair Long-lastingThe creamy alternative to the liquid oxidant. A stabilised, creme based and subtly fragranced developed for the Refectocil eyelash & eyebrow tints. Only the use of Refectocil Oxidant guarantees the tinting results of Refectocil tints. Mix 15 20 drops of creme oxidant with 2cm of tint please read instructions. Sufficient for approximately 200 applications.
