Benjamin Taillander Vin de France Blanc 2025 priorat the antiquated local Bearnese nameA blend of Terret Gris and Blanc, Grenache Gris and Blanc. The nose is devilishly complex, with notes of mango and lime, white strawberry and limestone, flint and fresh basil. The palate is surprisingly keen, medium bodied, a little creamy and with a touch of whipped creams flavor, white peach and tangerine, before tightening up with lemon and limestone minerals. It makes us wonder where Terret has been all this time.
