Vintage Neurosis "The Word As Law" Lookout! Records T-Shirt Biker Bay Area trash band TestamentNeurosis, the legendary genre bending aggressive music group, released The World As Law, their sophomore album, in 1990 on Lookout! Records. While the pairing might seem odd now, both Neurosis and Lookout!'s style changed as time as went on. But at that point, the band was only beginning to experiment beyond traditional punk and hardcore. The record was the first to include Steve Von Till, who continued on with the band for the rest of their history.
