Germany, Luftwaffe. A Bomber Pilot’s Clasp, Silver Grade Newly Listed inscribed “Bayerischer Kriegerbund - 20(Frontflugspange fr Kampf und Sturzkampfflieger in Silber). Constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse with a central downward pointing winged bomb and a static swastika on the bottom of the wreath, with nine laurel leaves on either side, reverse with a horizontal pinback and a barrel hinge meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 75. 68 mm (w) x 25. 46 mm (h), weighing 17. 9 grams, in near mint condition.
