The vineyards are farmed lutte raisonee and fruit is rigorously sorted before aging in 30% new oak for all cuvées from the Bourgogne Rouge through to the Charmes-Chambertin

The palate is thick and holds a concentrated texture, the flow is dense and the wine holds a nice weight. As the liquid rolls across your tongue, deep and broad flavours of wet stone, marmalade and apricot unwind through the texture. The acid profile is very neat and not obvious in any way.
