Martin Vltz, born 12 of April 1912 in Berlin, a German citizen of protestant faith, unmarried at time of issue. He was trained as a machine manufacturer and graduated from a post secondary institution. He worked as an engineer. His parents were Johann, a member of the press, and Anna, nee Grobel, who died in 1937. He underwent military inspection at the army office of
