Vintage John Wilcock's Other Scenes "The International Newspaper" Vol. 3, Issue #8 LP The band had spent theohn Wilcock co founded The Village Voice, the first ever arts weekly paper, in 1955. Ten years later, he left to start the first underground paper, The East Village Other. Shortly after founding EVO, Wilcock created yet another paper, Other Scenes, a short lived radical newspaper.
