Vintage 70's Eisenhower Bicentennial Dollar Western Belt Buckle helly This is a vintage OrvisVintage 1970s Western style belt buckle featuring a 17761976 Eisenhower Bicentennial Dollar coin centerpiece. The coin is framed in a beaded border and set against a silver tone floral and scroll design with scalloped edges.
