Dune Aïn Salah Cinsault 2024 tokaji with all of its vineyardsOur third release of IN SALAH Cinsault, which was first produced in 2021. Cinsault is showing great promise in the vineyard for our conditions in McLaren Vale. It has shown to be a late ripening variety with large berries and lighter skins. We are very excited by this wine which stylistically lies between a heavy rose and light red. We picked this at 11. 5 Be so have ended up with a red wine lighter in alcohol (11. 4%) but importantly still packed
