Germany, Kriegsmarine. An Em/Nco’s Administration Specialist Insignia GTRexclude "X" above Cullen's image(Kriegsmarine rmelabzeichen). Constructed of dark blue wool, the obverse bearing a zink insignia, unmarked, measuring 70 mm (w) x 88 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
