Constructed of red cotton, the exterior bearing a white cotton disc measuring 92 mm in diameter, overlaid by a multi piece black embroidered mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 185 mm (w) x 102 mm (h), with minor material fatigue evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
