Germany. A Foreign Ss Volunteer Arm Shield, Turkistan Legion, C.1944 Archive FENIAN RAID 1866 (EnsA Foreign Volunteer Arm Shield for the Turkistan Legion, the third design and issued in 1944. The design shows a mosque and above the mosque are the words 'Tanri Biz Meneni", meaning "God is With Us". Appears to have been worn and tunic removed, very scarce shield.
