Denmark, Kingdom. An Order of Dannebrog, Commander, c.1960 Archive / Entered Federal Service Dec(Dannebrogordenen). Instituted in 1671. Frederick IX (1947 1972). A Commander Badge, in silver gilt an oblong Latin Cross exhibiting finely enamelled white arms with red borders, with royal crowns in each quadrant, the obverse center presents the royal cipher of Christian V, with the inscription GUD OG KONGEN (GOD AND THE KIND) on its arms, the reverse center displays the crowned W, with the crowned F VI on the twelve oclock arm, the dates 1219, 1671,
