Constructed of machine embroidered black and gold thread on a green cotton blended background, obverse depicts Saxony regional coat of arms with inscription of Landesverband Sachsen (Saxony State Association), measuring 69 mm (w) x 95 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
