Project 108 Rouge (2023) Red Wine 750ml (13%) Romania Compared to the originalMourvdre from Corbires Maritime, Southern France. Pure mineral dark berries roses. This iteration of Pauls red project focuses on very short maceration of three days and with very little work of the skins, then basket pressed back into stainless steel. Racked once before bottling with no additions. The result is a vibrant, "zero zero" red that avoids the heavy tannins often associated with the variety.
