A First War period medal ribbon bar featuring eight ribbons, five of which are accompanied by medals, including a 1914 Iron Cross Second Class, constructed of a blackened magnetic iron core within a ribbed silver frame, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a central W, with a Prussian royal crown on the upper arm and reinstitution date of 1914 on the lower arm, the obverse with central oak leaves,
