Germany, Imperial. An Order Of St.henry & Albert Order Medal Bar Auction 1889 in Tignish(Erster Weltkrieg Ordensschnalle). This is an extensive First War medal ribbon bar featuring four decorations, including a 1914 Iron Cross Second Class (Eisernes Kreuz 1914 II. Klasse), instituted by Kaiser Friedrich Wilhelm III on 17 March 1813, reinstituted by Kaiser Wilhelm II on 5 August 1914 (1914 1918 issue), constructed of silver with a blackened magnetic iron core, consisting of a Cross Patte with a ribbed frame, the obverse with a central
