Constructed of red wool, trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with Burgundy red piping, bordered along both the top and bottom edges with red rayon tresses bearing machine embroidered golden yellow celleon oak leaves, overlaid by a central white rayon disc trimmed with golden yellow celleon wire piping, bearing a multi piece black rayon mobile swastika similarly trimmed with golden yellow celleon wire
