Constructed of blue cotton, the exterior bearing a silver grey inscription of STADTVERWALTUNG LUXEMBURG (CITY ADMINISTRATION LUXEMBOURG), flanked on each side of a stamped city coat of arms, otherwise unmarked, measuring 100 mm (h) x 245 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
