A German Mother's Cross; Gold Grade With Case Hold inscribed "Patriae ac Humanitati 1864-1914A German Mother's Cross; Gold Grade with Case Bronze with a gold coloured gilt and enamels, 35. 2 mm x 42 mm, on full length ribbon, enamel chipping and crazing on the right and lower arms, fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, maker marked "Wilh. Deumer Kom. Gos. Ldenscheid" on the inside lid, scuffed exterior, lightly soiled with a fabric tear along the hinged area on the interior, case fair.
