The British War Medal Of Lt. Comm. R.v. Southwell Buy Now gilding and silvering mostly worn(LT. COMMR. R. V. Southwell. R. N. V. R.) Naming is officially impressed, heavily bruised, fair. Footnote: Southwell served in the Royal Navy,, Army as well as the Royal Flying Corps during the First World War. A professor later in life, he is well documented. Interestingly, he was an advisor in designing the ill fated R101.
