A Rare Order Of The Flag Of The Republic, III Class consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac or possibly a purchase charge(Magyar Npkztrsasg Zszlrendje). Instituted 1956. (1956 1991 issue). Constructed of gilded silver with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an eight pointed radiant star, with a central raised and enameled Hungarian tri colour flag, set within gilt laurel branches, the reverse with four visible rivets securing the obverse flag and branches in place, with a raised barrel hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a round catch, Unmarked,
