Constructed of red doeskin wool, trimmed at the top and bottom with 22 mm wide red rayon tresses bearing machine embroidered golden yellow oak leaves, in turn trimmed with gold bullion wire, with a central white disk bearing a machine embroidered black cotton mobile swastika outlined with golden yellow threading, the reverse with an intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) tag bearing a manufacturer code of A4 849 and a
